This page describes what the Yue2 Mac app actually does.

Songs are generated and stored on this Mac

The lyrics and style you type, the ABC score the app writes, and the rendered audio are processed on this Mac and saved in the app’s library on this Mac. Yue2 does not upload them to a Yue2 server.

No account

Yue2 does not ask you to register or sign in. The app does not create a Yue2 account.

Tips are processed by Apple

A tip inside the app is an Apple in-app purchase. Apple handles the payment, the receipt, and any refund. A tip does not unlock a feature. Yue2 does not receive your card number.

Apple delivers the model

The model used to write songs is downloaded to this Mac by Apple’s background assets. This website does not receive the model files or your songs.

We do not sell user data

Yue2 does not sell user data, and it does not give lyrics or songs to advertisers.
